Scripture Reading: Matthew 24: 1 – 35

Memory Verse: Daniel 2: 41

Objective: To highlight the end time conditions.

Introduction: The men of old were shown an overview of the end of the age. We are now experiencing the closing of that era. Let us take a closer look at the scriptures to identify where exactly we are now.

1. Identify the time of the age that we are now in from Daniel 2: 40 – 43

2. Describe the interpretation of the current time. Revelation 17:1 – 6, 2 Timothy 3: 1 – 7

Note: The strength of the iron is of utmost importance to note in identifying the end of time. ‘Holy days,’ coupled with the fallacy surrounding the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ are just a few things that are widely accepted from the iron kingdom.

3. Highlight and Discuss Jesus’ description of the end time in Luke 21: 7 – 13

Note: When we read, watch, and listen to the world news we can safely conclude that we are in the end time. Looking at what is happening in your town, neighbourhood, and home the evidence of the end time is very pronounced. We must then be conscious of the fact that the end time indicates that the return of Jesus Christ’s certain.

4. What is one way that we can validate the facts about the end time? Luke 21: 32 & 33

5. Having identified the end time what is required of the saints? Luke 21: 34 – 36

Conclusion: Now that we have identified the end time from the scriptures, it is important that we take a closer look at the state of man during this time. We must take the necessary actions and/or precautions to obey God’s commands to be ready to enter His eternal kingdom.
