1. When Israel spurred God’s invitation to return to Him and continued their apostasy, what was determined against them? 2 Kings 17: 7 - 23
2. What specifically happened to the ten tribes (the northern kingdom) in 2 Kings 17: 21 – 23; and how were those in the southern kingdom (Judah and Benjamin) punished years later? 2 Kings 24: 1 – 4, 10 – 15
3. Many prophets were given visions of Israel’s behaviour through the years. What scene was played out in one such vision? Ezekiel 8: 1 – 10 & 12 – 15
4. In this particular vision, was the glory of God still with His people? Ezekiel 8: 4; what gradually happened while a merciful God continued to plea? Ezekiel 9: 3, 10: 18 – 19 & 11: 23
5. What happened before and during that great slaughter of the rebellious people? Ezekiel 9: 1 - 7
6. When God’s judgement was questioned, what was Ezekiel told? Ezekiel 9: 8 – 10; and who else were marked for punishment? Ezekiel 11: 1 – 2 & 13: 1 - 3
