Objective: To spark an interest in studying the undiluted scriptures.
1. What should be our sole-purpose for studying the words of God? 2 Timothy 2: 15; what were we asked not to do and why? 2 Timothy 2: 14 – 16
2. For Christ to claim His position as Messiah, certain criteria must be met. How does the scripture establish this? 1 Corinthians 15: 4, Matthew 12: 39 & 40
3. What vital piece of information was recorded about the crucifixion day in John 19: 28 – 31?
Note: John makes it clear that there were two preparation days in the crucifixion week, yet the majority of mankind sees one.
4. What did Jesus say to His disciples when asked about the manner of His teaching? Matthew 13: 10 & 11
5. According to John 19: 32 – 42, when did Jesus die and when was He buried?
