1. In pleading for Israel, How was Moses able to ‘touch’ the very heart of God? Exodus 32: 7 – 14


2. How similar were the prayers of Joshua and the leaders of the congregation when Israel was beaten by their enemies? Joshua 6: 4 – 12


3. When Israel’s greatest king recognized the enormity of the famine being experienced, how did he respond? 2 Samuel 21: 1 – 3; and what level of humility was displayed in making redress? 2 Samuel 21: 4 - 14


4. “The good shepherd gives His life for His sheep.” How did King David demonstrate this in 2 Samuel 24: 1, 8 – 15, 16 – 18 & 25
