2. What then did David say of his Deliverer? 2 Samuel 22: 31 – 33
3. How are we admonished by Solomon? Proverbs 3: 5 – 6; and what are blessings that follow when we obey? Proverbs 3: 7 – 8

5. What wonderful testimony did Paul and Timothy have? 2 Corinthians 1: 8 – 10
Note: Paul had some bitter experiences on his missionary journeys. He realized that the only way out was to depend solely on God, for his own strength and ability would lead to failure.

7. What is the contrast between those who trust in riches, and those who trust in God? Mark 10: 23 – 24, Psalm 52: 5 – 8
