"Let no man despise thy youth" a consistent echo that exemplifies the journey of Deacon Orthneil Palmer. A man with a passion for the youth of Zion that continues today. Brother Omar began his journey with the Lord at a very tender age in the year 1989 at the Lower Buxton Assembly in St Ann. During his early years he served in multiple roles in the church as YP Vice President and sabbath school secretary. Upon migrating to the United States in 1997, he continued his walk with the Lord and still with the young people at heart served fervently as YP president of the Spring Valley Assembly. During this time, he met his soul mate Sis Renae Palmer and they were divinely joined in marriage in the year 2000. Their marriage has produced two beautiful daughters.
