Note: The fact that God saw Nineveh’s condition and sent to warn them is an indication that He is truly a God of love and mercy.

Note: The people of Nineveh immediately gave heed to the words of the Lord. God expects us to listen to His voice and without hesitation amend our ways. God also expects His servants to warn the nation to turn from their wickedness that there will be joy on earth and joy in heaven.
