Objective: To examine our lives to see whether or not we are really living the changed life.


1. What evidence in Matthew 13: 23 shows that conversion has taken place and a new life is in the making?


2. How does the process of transformation into the likeness of Christ occur? 2 Peter 1: 3 - 8; Ephesians 4: 14, 15 & 22 - 31


3. As we mature in this new life, what fruit is borne as seen in Galatians 5: 22 & 23?


4. What are some ways that we demonstrate these newly acquired principles? Galatians 6: 1 & 2; Colossians 3: 12 - 24


5. How does the new man show empathy and concern for his fellow brethren and what caution should guide his actions? 1 Corinthians 9: 22 - 27


6. What serious concern was outlined in Hebrews 5: 11 - 14 and how do those who have learnt patience assist others? Romans 15: 1 – 6


7. As the enemy ramps up his efforts to destroy us, what words of comfort can we give to each other? Hebrews 12: 1 - 3; 1 Corinthians 15: 58; 1 Peter 5: 7 - 10
